Project Manager, Oracle Guided Learning
Janae Tovar is a Project Manager for Oracle Guided Learning within Oracle University. Oracle University is one of the world’s largest IT training businesses, delivering modern learning solutions to the Oracle customer and partner ecosystem globally. Janae has worked with customers to deliver Oracle Guided Learning, an enterprise cloud platform that supports the creation of personalized, guided, and contextual user guidance and support, ensuring efficient adoption of Oracle cloud applications. Janae’s career has been focused on training, adult learning, systems leadership, and change management. She has her doctorate in Organizational Leadership from Pepperdine University and her Masters in Learning Technology from Sacramento State University. For her undergraduate, she attended University of California, Davis, where she also played basketball for four years. She also had the good fortune to play basketball professionally for the Club Olympique du Puy en Velay in France.
