Dr. Elizabeth P. Van Winkle currently serves as the Industry Executive for Federal Government at Oracle, where she supports federal agencies in using innovative technology to solve their most complex challenges. Prior to Oracle, Dr. Van Winkle was a member of the Senior Executive Service within the Department of Defense and served in multiple leadership roles across the Department.
