Elena Avesani is Vice President, Oracle Sustainability Strategy & Technology Innovation with Oracle. Under Elena’s leadership, Oracle has become a recognized leader in sustainability and governance, integrating sustainable practices into operations and driving innovation to tackle critical global environmental and social challenges. This has led to notable recognitions, including Newsweek’s America’s Greenest Companies (2023), Sustainability Magazine’s Top 10 Sustainable Cloud Companies (2023), and CDP's Supplier Engagement Leaderboard (2023). Elena has been honored by consecutive placements on Sustainability Magazine’s Top 100 Women in Sustainability list since 2022 and the 2024 SEAL Environmental Leader Award. She was also selected as one of the Top 250 Leaders in Sustainability 2025 by Sustainability Magazine. Elena's current focus is developing tools to help customers accelerate their path to net zero, including the launch of Oracle Fusion Cloud Sustainability, which integrates sustainability into IT infrastructure with AI-driven insights.
