Dmitrii Lipin is currently an active developer and an architect on the Oracle Digital Assistant team, responsible for runtime features and service integration with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. Dmitrii has been contributing to the success of the Oracle Digital Assistant Service (ODA) and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) since 2018.
Dmitrii joined Oracle in 2010 as part of the Sun Microsystems acquisition where he worked on the NetBeans IDE and delivered a new installer framework for it. Previously, Dmitrii was part of the core team which launched the Oracle Mobile Cloud Service (Mobile Hub) - starting from the initial idea and continuing until the service had been operating in production for a few years.

Accessing private resources with Oracle Digital Assistant
With the introduction of Oracle Digital Assistant release 23.04 it is now possible for a Digital Assistant instance to access resources which are not publicly accessible from the Internet. Such resources can be located in an Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Virtual Cloud Network (VCN) or running in an on-premise environment or within other data centers.
