David Becker

David Becker is an OCI Architect and the creator of the Cluster Network for OCI, which now powers Oracle’s AI Megafactories. As the first engineer in the OCI network organization, David has been part of OCI since its inception. Prior to Oracle, he developed the operating system for AWS whitebox routers at Amazon and conducted OS research at Duke University and the University of Washington.
