I have worked for over 40 years in the software industry, nearly 30 of them in the database world. During that time I have held many diverse roles; developer, consultant, IT guy, techncial pre-sales and most recently product manager. For the past 20+ years I have focussed mainly on in-memory database technology and specifically TimesTen. My areas of expertise include SQL, PL/SQL, development and APIs, performance and high-availability. I am fluent in C and Java and have some experience with C++ and other languages.
