Group Vice President of Delivery Confidence
Bruno Binkley is the Group Vice President of Delivery Confidence with the Customer Success Services organization where he has developed our engagement model with customers to share leading practices for Oracle Cloud implementation and provide coaching and guidance to customer teams in preparation for implementation. He has worked across Oracle's largest and smallest customers to develop our Delivery Confidence framework and works with customers during their purchase process with Oracle, during implementation, and after go-live. Prior to his role with Oracle, Bruno was a consulting practice leader at Highmark Health, Accenture and PwC.
