Betsie spent 20+ years in HR before leaping into consulting to help others realize the transformation possibilities that come with new technology.   As a learning & talent development professional, she was often the only geek in the room. Leveraging her love of technology, Betsie owned HR systems and data, demonstrating how to drive business value through HR. Her career marks multiple technology implementations and being one of the first to move HR to the cloud. In her last practitioner role before consulting she was responsible for the leadership development and succession planning for a $9B, 30,000+ employee company.   For close to 10 years, Betsie has worked with clients to move to the cloud. Bringing her love of technology in combination with her understanding of the power of people, she leads the Oracle Consulting Transformation Services team who enables our clients’ sustained and ongoing transformations.
