Alicia has dedicated most of her professional career to implementing, upgrading, enhancing, and supporting PeopleSoft Financials. She began her journey with PeopleSoft in 1996 with Release 3.1 and has since gained extensive experience working with Oracle PeopleSoft applications both as a consultant and as a customer. Over the years, Alicia has worked with most of the financial modules across a wide range of industries. In her current role as a Director of Product Strategy, Alicia serves as a vital conduit between customers and Oracle's development teams, ensuring that user expectations are met through new functionality. She is passionate about making sure the PeopleSoft product evolves in ways that best serve its user base. Alicia has been actively involved in PeopleSoft User Groups for over 20 years and currently serves as the Oracle liaison for the Quest Financials Product User Group. She has also been a frequent presenter at user conferences, sharing her expertise and insights with the PeopleSoft community.
