Alicia has spent more than 25 years working with PeopleSoft Financials, starting with Release 3.1 in 1996. Over her career, she’s taken on roles as a consultant and a customer, tackling a wide range of financial modules across many different industries. Passionate about helping organizations get the most from their PeopleSoft investment, Alicia now serves as Director of Product Strategy, connecting customer feedback directly to Oracle’s development teams and advocating for enhancements that make a real difference. She’s been active in the PeopleSoft user community for decades and currently represents Oracle as the liaison to the Quest Financials Product User Group. Alicia loves sharing insights, tips, and best practices, and she frequently presents at user conferences and events.
