Alan is a Senior Director within the Consulting organization of Oracle’s Communications Global Business Unit. In this role, he leads teams of delivery Consultants that implement Oracle Session Border Controllers (SBCs) and other complementary products within the CGBU portfolio. His Consultants work with service providers and enterprises to solve problems within their voice networks. Including time spent at the former Acme Packet, Alan has over 15 years of experience at Oracle. Prior to Oracle, Alan served as a Sales Consultant at Atreus Systems and at CrossKeys Corporation – two organizations focused on VoIP service delivery. Alan holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Waterloo, and resides in Ottawa, Canada.
