Oracle APEX AI Utsav 2026 closed in Hyderabad on August 23, 2026 capping a five-city journey across India. What began as an opportunity to share the latest Oracle APEX innovations, practical AI capabilities, and real-world development approaches became something much larger: a powerful reminder of the strength, curiosity, and momentum of the Oracle APEX community in India.

Across Kolkata, Pune, Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, and Hyderabad, we (Oracle APEX Product Team & India Oracle APEX User Group) welcomed 1,405 attendees, including developers, architects, DBAs, Decision makers, partners, customers, and technology leaders, all coming together to explore what the next era of enterprise application development will look like.

More Than an Event Series

For a product team, tours like this are invaluable. They take us beyond product roadmaps, release notes, community feedback, and virtual conversations, and put us directly in the room with the people who are building enterprise applications every day.

One thing came through clearly in every city: the appetite for AI is real, but so is the demand to use it responsibly. Attendees weren’t there just to watch demos, they wanted to know how to build applications that are useful, secure, maintainable, and data-centric, with AI woven into the development experience rather than bolted on.

That is exactly where Oracle APEX is focused.

Through sessions, live demos, Q&A, and networking, we explored the latest capabilities in Oracle APEX 26.1, AI-assisted development using APEXlangAI AgentsAI Interactive Reports, translations, workflows, application modernization, and modern enterprise user experiences.

The goal was not to present AI as a replacement for developers. It was to show how AI can help teams move from idea to application faster, while preserving the intent, governance, security, and control that enterprise applications require.

What Stood Out

The energy across all five cities was remarkable.

Bengaluru recorded the largest turnout, with 465 attendees, but every city brought its own perspective, questions, and community strength.

Kolkata opened the tour with 155 attendees and set a collaborative tone for the events that followed. Pune welcomed 260 participants eager to discuss the future of application development. Ahmedabad brought together 165 members of the community, while Hyderabad concluded the series with 360 attendees and a fitting final day of learning, conversations, and engagement.

Some of the best moments happened off the agenda, hallway conversations, sharp questions after a demo, veterans swapping stories with first-timers. That’s the part of the Oracle APEX ecosystem that doesn’t show up in a slide deck, and it’s a big part of what makes it work.

Thank You

A successful Utsav is never the result of one team alone.

A big thank you to INOAUG, the local organizers, hosts, speakers, community leaders, volunteers, partners, and everyone who worked behind the scenes to make this series possible.

Most of all, thank you to the Oracle APEX community across India. Your enthusiasm, questions, ideas, and willingness to share your experiences are what made Oracle APEX AI Utsav 2026 much more than a roadshow.

Five cities. 1,405 attendees. Countless conversations. And a community ready to build what comes next.

The Utsav may have concluded, but the journey toward smarter, faster, and more intelligent enterprise application development is just getting started.
