BuzzClan has several (100+) SLED (State, local, and Education) clients and commercial clientele, providing services like Data Engineering, Application Development, Systems Management, Cyber Security, and IT Staff augmentation.
Their flagship product, BuzzTAQ, is an evolved Applicant Tracking System that helps staffing agencies and HR departments source, analyze, and recommend the best-fit candidates for their open positions. It is an AI-driven application for talent acquisition that uses advanced algorithms and machine learning models to provide recruiters with insights into the candidate’s suitability for a given job. Using Oracle APEX, BuzzTAQ offers a range of features that help recruiters streamline their workflow and improve their performance.
Business Challenge
