Ahmed El-Demasy – Saudi Arabia | Cloud
Ahmed El-Demasy is a seasoned Oracle Solution Architect with over 16 years of experience in Oracle technologies, including Oracle Database, E-Business Suite, Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Application Framework (OAF), and Platform as a Service (PaaS). Throughout his career, he has led complex enterprise implementations across the public sector, telecommunications, education, and financial services in the MENA region.
Ahsan Riaz – Pakistan | Fusion Apps
Ahsan Riaz is an Oracle Fusion HCM consultant with extensive experience in implementing and supporting HCM Cloud solutions, specializing in Payroll, Core HR, Absence Management, and Security. With over 15 years in the UAE, he focuses on simplifying complex HCM processes, optimizing payroll operations, and enabling business users through training and knowledge sharing. He is passionate about building practical solutions, troubleshooting real-world challenges, and contributing to the Oracle community through learning resources and knowledge exchange.
Andrew Ostdiek – United States | Community
Andrew Ostdiek is a JD Edwards E1 Solutions Architect with more than 20 years of experience spanning functional, technical, and managerial roles. He is a strong advocate for change management and the adoption of new technology within the E1 footprint. As a leader in user group communities, he is dedicated to fostering enhancements, engagement, and collaboration among JDE professionals. Andrew has been a speaker at numerous conferences, online events, and on multiple podcast episodes.
Birgit Arndt – Germany | Database
Birgit Arndt has been working intensively with Oracle databases for over 20 years. Her training started with version 9i, but she has also worked with versions 7 and 8i. Over the years, she has completed numerous database installations, including advanced setups with Real Application Cluster (RAC) and Data Guard. She has a particular interest in Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) and has installed and configured OEM multiple times for customers, as well as performed various update scenarios.
Brian Dandeneau – United States | Cloud
Brian Dandeneau brings expertise in military, business, and metadata intelligence. After seven years in the Army and time in the National Guard, he focused on business intelligence at Wells Fargo before moving into consulting. Now serving as Director of Technology at Argano, Brian combines strategy, governance, and innovation. He is known for his work optimizing Oracle EDM and for his engaging presentations at industry events.
Dave Wagoner – United States | Community
Dave Wagoner is a JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Developer with over 20 years of experience. He is known as an Orchestrator evangelist and currently serves as President of the Quest E1 Technology Special Interest Group. Dave is a frequent speaker at major conferences, including Collaborate, InFocus, Blueprint, and CloudWorld.
Fred Tingle – United States | Cloud
Fred Tingle has worked in IT for 26 years, starting as a programmer and moving into roles such as Application Administrator and DBA. He assists clients in developing and executing cloud migration strategies, leveraging experience with multiple cloud platforms. Fred is committed to mentoring junior colleagues and is recognized for his thought leadership and passion for finding the best support solutions for his clients.
Gayan Lokumanna – Sri Lanka | Database
Gayan Lokumanna is a highly skilled Data Technologist, Senior Director, Consultant, Team Lead, Manager, DBA, and Cloud Architect. Holding 3X Oracle Certified Master (OCM) certifications and over 24 years of experience, Gayan specializes in Oracle MAA, Enterprise Manager, Database options, Heatwave MySQL, Exadata, Database Security, Disaster Recovery, OCI, and enterprise data platforms. His experience includes roles at Oracle Corporation, Pearson, and Millennium Information Technologies Ltd.
Jason Maczura – United States | Cloud
Jason is a diversely skilled Technology Delivery Leader who drives IT delivery transformation outcomes by providing challenging and engaging goals for his team. As a passionate believer in sharing knowledge, he has presented at conferences such as Oracle A World since 2016. He has a proven track record of aligning customer processes with CRM best practices, leading real-time integration, legacy conversion, upgrades, server installation and optimization, and architecture delivery.
Johannes Rabauer – Germany | Java
Johannes Rabauer is a Senior Software Engineer at XDEV Software GmbH who builds secure, scalable systems with Java, emphasizing expressive and clean code. He holds certifications in Kubernetes, Cloud-Native technologies, AWS, and Vaadin, and is passionate about cloud, AI, and developer-enabling frameworks. When not working or speaking at conferences, he enjoys family time, hiking, and exploring new tech concepts.
Kristhal Meng – United States | APEX
Kristhal Meng is an Oracle APEX Developer and UI/UX Designer dedicated to delivering applications that combine robust functionality with intuitive design. Her experience includes projects in ERP, ticketing, and cloud migrations, always with a strong focus on usability and performance. She holds a master’s degree in UI/UX Design and is an Oracle APEX Cloud Certified Developer Professional. Kristhal has presented at conferences such as Kscope, NYOUG, and UTOUG.
Melissa O’Blenis – United States | Community
Melissa O’Blenis has over 15 years of experience leading teams with empathy, storytelling, and change management strategies, mostly in the Oracle EPM space. Serving as VP of OCM at Donyati, she focuses on practical transformation approaches and ensuring that change management plays a central role in every EPM initiative.
Mihaela Gheorghe-Roman – Romania | Java
Mihaela Gheorghe-Roman is an accomplished Software Architect with more than 14 years of experience in building enterprise applications, mainly in defense and telecom domains. Currently at Systematic Romania, she specializes in full-stack solutions for the defense sector, employing modern architectures. She holds a Ph.D. in neural network algorithms and is an Assistant Professor in Bucharest. Mihaela is active in the tech community, writes technical articles, speaks at conferences, and enjoys traveling, running, and spending time with her parrots.
Munish Goswami – United Kingdom | Analytics & BI
Munish Goswami specializes in Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence, Oracle Analytics Cloud, and AI-driven transformation.
