Ankith Shetty – United States | Focus Area: Cloud

Ankith Shetty is an Architect with over 13 years of experience in Master Data Management and Data Governance. He has implemented MDM solutions across various industries using tools such as Oracle EDM, EPM Cloud, Cloud Financials, JD Edwards, PeopleSoft, and Hyperion. Ankith shares insights and tips on his EDM blog and contributes regularly to community forums and Oracle user group events.

 

Bugra
Bugra Parlayan – Romania | Focus Area: Database 

Bugra Parlayan is an experienced database and WebLogic administrator with a strong background in database upgrades, migrations, and performance tuning for public institutions. Currently, he serves as the lead Oracle Database administrator. Since 2010, Bugra has actively shared his expertise through in-person training, his personal blog, and social networks to support the Oracle community.

Chad Wappes
– New Zeeland | Focus Area: Community 

Chad Wappes is the President of the New Zealand Oracle Users Group (NZOUG). Based in Aotearoa New Zealand, he specializes in Oracle WebCenter Content, IDCS, Oracle Integration Cloud, and database administration. Chad actively shares practical knowledge through blogs and events, promotes community engagement, and champions inclusive, innovative practices within the Oracle ecosystem.

 

Chetan Sharma – India | Focus Area: Cloud 
Chetan

Chetan Sharma specializes in secure and automated OCI solutions that bridge traditional IT with modern cloud-native practices. He is committed to promoting best practices in OCI, Kubernetes, and AI-driven architectures, helping organizations drive seamless digital transformation.

 

Hicham Assoudi – Canada | Focus Area: Cloud
Hicham

Hicham Assoudi is an OCI Certified Architect, and AI expert with over 30 years of IT experience—25+ specializing in Oracle technologies. He has held senior roles at Oracle and IBM, and currently leads NLP innovation as founder of Typica.ai. Hicham also contributes to academic research as an External Research Associate at the AI Lab of UQAM University in Montreal.

 

Mark Kempers – Netherlands | Focus Area: Cloud 
Mark

Mark Kempers has hands-on experience managing databases, Oracle e-Business Suite, and designing solutions in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. He focuses on automation and technical problem-solving, working daily to implement and optimize Oracle technologies.

 

Michael Hüttermann – Germany | Focus Area: Cloud 
Michael

Dr. Michael Hüttermann is a Principal Delivery Engineer specializing in helping large enterprises adopt digitalization and DevOps practices. He is the author of books such as “DevOps for Developers” and “Agile ALM,” and is a frequent speaker at major conferences like JavaOne and Devoxx.

 

Sellamuthu Ramasamy – APEX | Focus Area: India 
Sellamuthu

Sellamuthu Ramasamy has over 6 years of experience designing and developing complex Oracle APEX applications. As a lead at Vibhathi Labs, he creates impactful, scalable APEX solutions while emphasizing performance, clean code, and user experience. Sellamuthu is an active Oracle community contributor, regularly sharing his expertise through technical sessions and blogs focused on APEX and modern development practices.
