Arvind is an Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) with over 14 years of in-depth experience in architecting, administering, and optimizing Oracle Database environments. His work spans across both on-premises and cloud platforms, with a strong focus on Oracle RAC, Data Guard, RMAN, OEM, and GoldenGate for achieving high availability, disaster recovery, and performance excellence.
Arvind is a skilled Chartered Accountant with an unstoppable passion for all things IT. He has delved into the exciting world of ERP and has over 20 years of experience in both EBS and Fusion. His expertise extends across various industries, including the dynamic realms of Logistics, Oil & Gas, Airlines, Telecommunications, and more.
Chao is an active blogger, mainly engaged in database work, with particular expertise in Oracle databases. He is also familiar with MySQL, and SQL Server.

He is passionate about exploring emerging technologies in enterprise systems, mentoring junior developers, and engaging with professional communities. Enjoy problem-solving, coding challenges, and experimenting with innovative solutions to streamline business processes.
Haavard is a Principal Consultant at EBS Consulting AS, specializing in Oracle APEX development, integrations, and Oracle Fusion Cloud applications. He is a frequent contributor to the Oracle community in Norway, sharing knowledge through blog posts, user group events (OUGN), and conference talks.

Peng is a database expert, instructor, and technical blogger. He has more than 18 years of IT experience, and specializes in Oracle Database Performance Tuning (SQL and DB Tuning) and in the development of Oracle DB IT architectures (highly available, low-maintenance, cost-efficient storage of data).
