Business Challenges
The school district’s department-level subject matter experts had to go through a cumbersome, time consuming process to update web site content. The district also had a lot of duplicative web site content, leading to inaccuracies when information was not updated across all instances on the site. • Unify content to eliminate duplicative documents and instances of erroneous, outdated information on the school district’s Web site
  • Enhance community engagement by enabling parents, students, employees, and community members to provide their feedback and comments on the district web site
  • Enable users to update their own content
