bookmark bar of firefox

i love firefox. one of the reason is the bookmark bar. i can put my favourite web pages on it and go there with only one mouse click. when time goes on, the number of bookmarks are growing and the bar looks too short. and i've been dealing with this problem like:
  1. shorten the labels
  2. if there is a favicon, just remove the label
so almost all the spaces are filled with useful information. however, the final unsatisfied things is that if there's no favicon, firefox provides a default icon which is a rectangular that wastes some place. today, i finally find a way to remove it. just add these lines to userChrome.css and prefix the label with " " (a space)
.bookmark-item[label\^=" "] > .toolbarbutton-icon {
   display: none;
}
so the picture included here is 4 bookmarks:
  1. my simply bookmakrs, label is ""
  2. a bookmarklet that adds the current page to simply, label is " +"
  3. my del.icio.us bookmakrs
  4. a bookmarklet that adds the current page to del.icio.us
