Announcing Oracle VM release 3.4.6.1 

Oracle VM Server virtualization software is engineered for open cloud infrastructure and delivers leading performance, scalability, and reliability for enterprise SaaS and PaaS workloads as well as traditional enterprise applications.  Today, we are pleased to announce Oracle VM release 3.4.6.1.

What's New with Oracle VM release 3.4.6.1?

Oracle VM release 3.4.6.1 offers updated versions of the Oracle VM Manager and Oracle VM Agent for SPARC, delivering security updates, and cumulative bug fixes since the previous 3.4.6 release.

Notable updates in the Oracle VM Manager 3.4.6.1 release are:

  • MySQL—April 2019 Critical Patch Update (CPU).
  • Oracle WebLogic Server—April 2019 CPU and Overlay Patch 29694149.
  • Oracle Java—April 2019 CPU.

With Oracle VM Release 3.4.6.1, a new release model has been established, which results in the following changes to the release process:
