Hi,
Do you know the release schedule for TSAM and other components?
Regards.
TSAM and other components of Tuxedo family will be generally available soon. Please check Tuxedo OTN page at http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/middleware/tuxedo/overview/index.html next week. Thanks!
Hi!
We have a cluster of 3 UNIX servers running the same Tuxedo application. A hardware load balancer has been added to distribute load across the servers in the cluster.
My question is: Is it possible to achieve the same result (i.e. load balancing) without a hardware load balancer (that is, using some Tuxedo feature, if this exists)?
Many thanks in advance.
Best regards,
Javier
Javier,
It should be possible. What kind of requests are coming into Tuxedo that you want to load balance? Are these workstation clients, Web service clients using SOAP/http or something else? You may also want to refer to this technical article at OTN at http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/middleware/tuxedo/overview/ld-balc-in-oracle-tux-atmi-apps-1721269.pdf.
Thanks,
Deepak
Is there a 32 bit Linux version?
