In line with the release of Oracle Utilities Application Framework V4.4.0.2.0, a series of updates to the technical whitepapers have been competed to reflect the new version. This includes updated information for the new version as well as updates for other versions based upon feedback from the field.

The following whitepapers have been updated and are available from My Oracle Support.

  • Web Services Best Practices (Doc Id: 2214375.1). Updates for REST and the latest changes to the Web Services capabilities.
  • Technical Best Practices (Doc Id: 560367.1). Generic best practices from the field.
  • Software Configuration Management Series (Doc Id: 560401.1). A series of documents covering code management practices covering on-premise and cloud implementations. The series includes:
    • Concepts. General concepts and introduction.
    • Environment Management. Principles and techniques for creating and managing environments.
    • Version Management. Integration of Version control and version management of configuration items.
