Comments:

Hi Anthony,

I'm using OEM 12c to monitor Oracle Utilities Customer Care & Billing.
OEM has already been configured to monitor Oracle Utilities Environment OK.
My prome is I can't find any documentation on how the monitoring works.
I've an intermittent alert "The environment is slow with a Response Time of over 60 seconds".
Could you direct me to documentation? Or tell me what this metric is really measuring.
Thanks,
Ray

It uses an internal WebLogic API to ascertain the response time. This is usually the ping time from WebLogic through the product to the database and back. In the near future we will break that number up into individual components so that you can see where the time is spent.
