Comments:

After instaslling FW 2.2 sp10 on CC&B v2.3.1 tomcat on windows xp an error is displayed in the dashboard in CC&B. This appears to be an error associated with patch 9817407. This patch introduces two new files, query-11.1.1.3.0.jar and xmlparserv2-11.1.3.0.jar. They exist in the following folders: %SPLEBASE%\splapp\standalone\lib %SPLEBASE%\splapp\businessapp but do not exist in the following folders %SPLEBASE%\splapp\mpl\lib %SPLEBASE%\splapp\applications\root\WEB-INF\lib %SPLEBASE%\splapp\applications\XAIApp\WEB-INF\lib The workaround is as follows: copy xquery-11.1.1.3.0.jar xmlparserv2-11.1.1.3.0.jar to the following folders %SPLEBASE%\splapp\mpl\lib %SPLEBASE%\splapp\applications\root\WEB-INF\lib %SPLEBASE%\splapp\applications\XAIApp\WEB-INF\lib This is being tracked on the http://support.oracle.com under SR 3-2983251231.
