New updated Operations Guides for V2.2

Since Service Pack 1, 2 and 3 introduce exciting new enhancements to the framework, the Operations Guides for Batch and online have been updated to include the latest information and the following metalink documents have been replaced:

753303.1 - Oracle Utilities Customer Care And Billing Operations And Configuration Guide V2.2 (OUAF SP3)
753301.1 - Oracle Utilities Customer Care And Billing Batch Operations And Configuration Guide V2.2 (OUAF SP3)

If you have installed SP3 (or are thinking about it) I suggest you download the latest versions.

All new information is marked with an appropriate icon in the documentation.

Comments:

Are the SP3 patches changing the Base Batch handling? After SP3 in our test environment we are always getting null pointer exception for the batch first run, with out changing any thing the Batch runs and completes the process next time.
