Downloaded the release and attended the Java SE 6 U10 conference call. It looks very nice and the draggable applets are really cool. I have also noticed NetBeans starts much faster.

I am looking forward to JavaFX Desktop running on U10.

Potential Games running smoothly so far. I use a lot of translucency, so I'm looking forward to the performance boost (albeit only on the Windows platform).

Thanks for the resources, at least now I don't have to go trapsing all over the net to find these bits and pieces because they're all here. Looking forward to getting stuck into some java/applet programing soon.
