Java EE, GlassFish at JavaOne - A Bird's Eye

With so much going on at JavaOne 2011 it's easy to miss out on some event or session so here's an all-in-one list of Keynotes, Sessions, Hands-On Labs, Demos and Networking Activities, all related to GlassFish and Java EE.

In fact, we will most likely have even more content in the form of at least a Hands-On Lab repeat.

The Java EE 6 Lab (23421) already has a long waiting list and is likely to be offered on Monday evening as well. Check your the JavaOne Schedule Tool in a few days for an update.

JavaOne 2011 Content revealed & Duke Choice Awards Nominations!

The JavaOne 2011 event catalog is now available with keynotes, sessions, hands-on-labs, BOFs, panels and user-group meetings is now available. While the schedule is not quite ready yet, this should give you a detailed view at this year's content which we hope is rated as good as last year's. Markus, a JavaOne and Oracle OpenWorld "veteran", was quick to blog his thoughts on the content.

Also worth mentioning is the call for nominations for the Duke's Choice Awards. The "Java Source" blog has more details on the process to nominate the most innovative projects using the Java platform and what those can get in return. For a list of previous winners, check out the Duke's Choice Awards main page. Results will be announced at the JavaOne conference.
