Infoworld reports on Jonathan's
comments at OSBC
including these about GlassFish:
The fastest growing open source application server in the marketplace is called GlassFish...
Schwartz also invited Oracle to use Sun's Project GlassFish application server rather than spend a reported $400 million to buy JBoss.
Nice to see GlassFish getting more mentions in the press
we hopefully will see many more when we go beta -
any day now....
NB - I have no concrete data on the first statement, but the TA news backlog keeps growing. On the second, Oracle is already contributing to GlassFish on the
Java Persistence module, and I'd love further quality contributions to GlassFish, from them or other parties.
