Using Eclipse and GlassFish to write an EJB 3.0 example

Eclipse Logo

Filippo has a follow-up to his earlier blog on GlassFish. In this one, he uses Eclipse 3.1 and GlassFish to write a simple EJB 3.0 example.

I have many friends in the NetBeans team, but it is good to see uses of Eclipse with GlassFish.

I did a little EJB3 persistence example in the spirit of the Ruby on Rails blog example (with Eclipse and Glassfish) but I'll wait until the dust settles slightly with the EJB3 spec before using some precious free time to put the finishging touches on it and publishing it. Another possibility would be to do the whole enchilada with the Enterprise Creator 2 early access, and use its visual JSF tools to create the blog UI visually faster than the Rails bunch can, using their command line code creation wizard.
