Not sure why "Maven troubles on Eclipse Helios" made it to the top of this list - neither the problem nor the solution is explained clearly in that post.

With the most current versions of m2eclipse (including the WTP add-on) and the Glassfish Plugin for Eclipse, things work quite smoothly on Helios.
