Creating a Process Flow in ETPM

Process Flow is an object that is used to build a configurable Workflow Process. This process can guide users through a business process, help gather information and perform all kinds of activities in the system. It can be linked to various taxpayer related entities (such as person, account, obligation, etc).

This document describes the major components required to set up a Process Flow in ETPM.
