A couple days ago I posted a video from my trip to TACC. I just noticed that Prasad Pai also posted a blog entry about how people at TACC are using xVM Ops Center to plot out sensor data for their 4,000 node supercomputer. Click here to see Prasad's blog.
Ops Center knows how to collect data from all the service processors on the systems and brings it back to a central point, making it easy to post process. In this case, the charts plot the data on a 2D grid that mimics the physical layout of the data center. The big blue box in the middle is the big switch with the "horns" from the video. Totally neat!
