Comments:

Hi Steven,

The registration for this webcast did not work. It asks to complete a survey first, where I am asked to Select the products/services interested in buying from Oracle, and provide the name of the Sales Representative/ Account Manager. I am not a sales person so there is no such info I can provide. If I enter some N/A or dummy info, the registration just failed.

I am sure many people like me are interested in this webcast who are not sales persons. Can you please help to check how we can get registered. The webcast will start in less than two days.

Thanks.

Hi, Rebecca,

I'm sorry to hear that the registration process is a bit complicated. I've passed your question on to the event's organizers in the hopes that they can help us out in time. I'll post an update here as soon as I can.

Regards,
Steven

Hi, Rebecca,

I wasn't able to locate anyone who could help with your registration question specifically. However, just minutes ago someone informed me that they plugged my name into the registration form for the Oracle Sales rep and it worked. I find this particularly surprising, as I'm about as far removed from Oracle Sales as can be, but it's worth trying.

Regards,
Steven

Hi Steven,

Thanks a lot for your info and prompt response. I successfully registered the webcast using your name as the Sales Rep. I hope this also helps others who have the same issue.

Hi, Srini,

Nice to hear from you. I'm looking into whether there's a recording of this. I'll post an update here if I can get track one down.

Hope to see you at OpenWorld.

Hi Steven,

Any news on a recording? Am very much interested as I will not be attending OpenWorld and am scheduled for PROD upgrade first weekend of October.

Best regards and thanks,
Anna Maria

Hi, Anna Maria,

The last I heard, the session was recorded but not approved for sharing. I've asked the meeting organizers for an update on this. I'll post a note here as soon as it's released.

Steven
