Introducing Rekha Ayothi, Guest Author

The E-Business Suite Applications Technology Group (ATG) provides the technology framework to develop, manage and integrate E-Business Suite Applications. ATG has had a number of big announcements lately.  They've just released their latest upgrade to the Application Management Pack, which was simultaneously released with a brand-new product, the Application Change Management Pack.  This is only the proverbial tip of the iceberg; there's more ATG-related news coming.

Keeping up with the latest news from the Applications Technology Group is a challenge, so I'm pleased to welcome Rekha Ayothi to our blogging team.  Rekha's addition to our panel of guest authors will help deepen and broaden the coverage for integration-related products from the Applications Technology Group.

Hi Rekha,

Assuming you are responsible for product management of integration related products - XML Gateway, I have a few queries on XML Gateway that we are implementing for our current client. I needed information about using XML gateway to send/ receive the following:

a) Send an outbound XML message for expected PO receipts to a third party system which would do the receipt of material.
b) Receive an inbound XML message from third party about PO receipt confirmation
c) Send an outbound XML Message to thrid party system to inform any change in Item Data.

Dear Guest,

Please refer Oracle E-Business Suite's (EBS) Integration Repository to view the list of seeded XML Gateway inbound and outbound messages across EBS product families.
For EBS 11i, Integration Repository is accessible from http://irep.oracle.com.
For EBS R12.0.x, Integration Repository is accessible through Integration Repository Responsibility.
For EBS R12.1.x, Integration Repository is accessible through Integrated SOA Gateway Responsibility.

Thanks,
Rekha
