Google has just acquired yet another company, telephony service GrandCentral,
leading me to the conclusion that they’re on an acquisition spree. The
hastily-made graph above is an attempt to represent that - although
it’s extremely hard to get good data on Google acquisitions, it’s still
a startling reminder that Google has bought more companies and services in the first six months of this year than in the whole of 2006.
