Yes, mom. Using my computer world, I can understand a lot about Cannes Lions without ever setting foot in France. (Bummer.) We set up Oracle’s Social Relationship Management (SRM) platform to capture every instance of “Cannes Lions” on the internet. We listen to public posts on social media, message boards, news articles, comments, videos… a whole host of sources. From that raw data, we have distilled some insights.
