Norway Post AS, founded in 1647, is the Norwegian postal service. The company, owned by the Norwegian Ministry of Transport and Communications, manages mail distribution throughout the country and has businesses in other parts of the Nordic region. In 2002, Norway Post changed its corporate structure to become a joint-stock company in preparation for Norwegian postal market deregulation.

ec4u implements Oracle SOA Suite and AIA Foundation Pack at Swiss insurance company

ec4u implements Oracle SOA Suite and AIA Foundation Pack at Swiss insurance companySympany, with its head office in Basel, grew out of the ÖKK Basel and other health insurers. In 2012, Sympany earned premiums of CHF 994 million and had a profit of CHF 16.3 million. Sympany’s roughly 550 employees serve over 227,000 private customers, of which about 189,000 have basic insurance policies. Its corporate clientele comprises approximately 12,200 companies.

A great success of the collaboration between Sympany and ec4u expert consulting (schweiz) ag could be documented on 2nd April 2013, the Go Live of the SYBACON program.

Since this Go Live the SOA Suite is the main integration platform, excluding batch processing. ec4u supported Sympany to implement services with Oracle SOA Suite and AIA Foundation Pack. Platform for Efficiency: Boeing Defense, Space & Security integrates supply chain processes using Oracle Business Process Management solutions. by Fred Sandsmark

Like most companies, aerospace giant Boeing has its jargon - words and phrases that uniquely define its products and processes. Take the word platform. It is used at Boeing to mean a family of aircraft - the F/A-18 fighter, for example, or the 777 jetliner.

Boeing Defense, Space & Security Energy Alloys since August 2009, employees in the Global Services & Support (GS&S) division of Boeing Defense, Space & Security have been talking about a different sort of platform: a supply chain technology platform, based on Oracle Business Process Management (Oracle BPM) solutions and Oracle SOA Suite. That platform, built with the assistance of Oracle Diamond Partner Capgemini, is serving as a jumping-off point for Boeing's GS&S staff to deploy radically improved business processes supported by Oracle Fusion Applications to build a high-visibility, end-to-end supply chain.
