Earlier this year, Oracle SMB launched a Twitter Tweetchat series, #OracleSMBChat, for small- and medium-sized business executives. The next #OracleSMBChat will take place on Tuesday, June 27th at 3 p.m. EDT, and will focus on Maintaining Company Culture as Your SMB Scales.
The Maintaining Company Culture as Your SMB Scales Tweetchat will discuss the importance of establishing a positive workplace environment for long-term business success. While enhancing company culture may not always be a top priority for SMB leaders, it certainly should be. After all, company culture is what attracts and retains the types of employees your business needs to grow and succeed.
The chat will cover questions like, “what are some reasons companies lose the meaning behind their corporate culture?” and “how is the employee selection process important in maintaining company culture?”
The Tweetchat will be hosted by key thought leader, Brian Moran (@BrianMoran). Moran is the founder and CEO of Brian Moran & Associates, a New Jersey consulting firm dedicated to helping entrepreneurs start, manage and grow their businesses. Prior to starting Brian Moran & Associates, he served as Executive Director of Sales Development at the Wall Street Journal, Associate Publisher at Inc. Magazine, and Publisher and Associate Publisher at Entrepreneur Media.
Lesonsky is the founder and CEO of GrowBiz Media, a California-based content marketing agency that focuses on small business and entrepreneurship. She is also the author of the best-selling book, Start Your Own Business, and is also a former Editorial Director at Entrepreneur magazine.
Fridman is the founder of AdvisorTV, a Chicago-based advice and mentorship community for entrepreneurs, and Mabbly, a digital branding agency. He is also a contributing writer at Inc. Magazine.
We hope to see you at our next Tweetchat, Maintaining Company Culture as Your SMB Scales, on Tuesday, June 27 at 3 p.m. EDT. To follow the conversation, search #OracleSMBChat on Twitter.
