Our Statement of Direction is intended to provide an approximate overview of the new features and functionality we are planning to deliver in a longer timeframe to help our customers plan their future initiatives around CRM. 

As we continue to deliver monthly updates via the Continuous Release Model, it is our intention to provide information on exactly which features from the Statement of Direction are to be delivered in the upcoming Release Updates on a quarterly schedule. This information will be provided on the Siebel CRM Release Updates page on My Oracle Support.

    I'm especially glad with the following statement:

    "Oracle XE is no longer supported for any patches or updates and hence it is being replaced with a plug and play architecture that allows for the replacement of Oracle XE with a compatible database such as Oracle Database Standard Edition 2 (SE2)."

    Can the SOD be made available to customers that have a valid product licence but that don't have active Support Identifiers?
