The Siebel CRM team headed over to Russia for our Roadshow event in Moscow. The event took place in the Com City center and consisted of the latest update with the Siebel CRM roadmap and long term vision as well as showcasing our new innovations from Innovation Pack 2017.
It was great to see our customers and partners in Russia and hear how Siebel CRM is making their business successful. Some of our biggest implementations of the product are in Russia, Sberbank 170,000 users (63,000 concurrent) and MTS communications 55,000 users. A clear testament to our products scalability and reliability.
Sberbank presented 'Deep dive to Agile with Siebel CRM' describing how a large implementation of Siebel CRM can be achieved with agile development and maintenance process.
Tele2, gave us an update on their User Experience project, creating a fantastic UI for Service Agents to handle requests from their communications customers.
The User Interface implemented by Tele2 shows just how successful the Open UI framework can be for creating a User Experience customized for your users and the daily tasks. Key to a successful User Experience project is to engage the business users and focus on their needs and 'day in the life' rather than looking at the underlying technology. Also working the right partners and ensuring the team has the right skills will ensure success.
