Achieving Digital Transformation with Oracle's Siebel CRM

Siebel CRM Roadshow Dubai Highlights

Siebel CRM team hosted a series of successful events in the Middle East recently. 

At the Oracle office, Internet City, Dubai customers and partners joined us for a Siebel CRM Roadshow, where we had representation from Public Sector, Financial Services, Telecom and Retail industries.

Our customers and partners were thrilled to see the long term vision and strategy for Siebel CRM extending way beyond 2030+. The new business agility features of Innovation Pack 2017 raised a lot of excitement with attendees seeing how the new features directly addressed their current pain-points.

We also learned about how Siebel CRM plays a pivotal role in delivering an omni-channel banking experience at Emirates NBD bank – stay tuned to hear more about their story as they present at our upcoming Oracle OpenWorld 2017 event. 

 

While our customers received an important message with which to follow-up with their key stakeholders, we also received good feedback on our roadmap that we could take back to our development team.

One of the key initiatives from our Roadshow events is to ensure our product strategy and application delivery is in touch and shaped by leading organizations around the world across many diverse industries.

The team also visited Saudi Arabia where we had a workshop for one of our key customers, Saudi Telecom. In addition to discussing strategy and recent innovation, the team worked together on solutions for Siebel on Cloud (IaaS), Micro Services, Product Bundling & Configurator. 

We were blown away when we got to see Saudi Telecom’s Siebel CRM Order Management implementation processing a whopping 600,000 orders per day to support Two Million visitors during the peak Hajj pilgrimage season. This is another great story where working with the right partners and ensuring the team has right skills leads to a successful outcome. 

So a big thanks to all our partners in the region - Tata Consultancy Services, Infosys, Fujitsu Consulting, CapGemini and Smartiks as well as our local Oracle Sales & Services teams for coordinating to host a very innovative event.
