The Siebel CRM CAB (Customer Advisory Board) is one of many groups falling under Oracle’s Global Customer Programs Community and has been vital in helping customers collaborate, share ideas and drive our product roadmap for 25 years. We welcome all our customers and partners to join our CAB regardless of size or industry.
Overview

Customer Connect Webinars (Virtual CABs)
Every month the product management team run a Virtual CAB meeting on Cloud Customer Connect, which is a forum for us to share our latest product updates and for customers to share experiences and success stories. We invite guest speakers to present on topics of interest, case studies e.g. Open UI migration/adoption/benefits, cloud strategy, industry specific solutions, partner innovations and case studies.
Siebel CRM BETA Program
Essential for customers and partners that are members of our CAB and want to work closely with the Siebel CRM Product Management team to gain deeper insight into product features and innovations currently in development. All CAB members need to self-nominate to be part of the BETA program. This is easily done by completing this form.
Product Development Sponsors
At Oracle, the Siebel CRM team is focused on both innovation and customer success. As we engage frequently with our CAB customers, the product management team introduced a new initiative with dedicated Siebel CRM Product Development Sponsors to strengthen our direct relationship with our most active customers. This initiative is specific to helping our customers with queries regarding the Siebel CRM product strategy and roadmap, new feature enhancements / ideation and collaboration at future events.

To join the Siebel CAB is easy, follow the steps below:

- Request to join the LinkedIn Siebel CRM Customer Connect group so you can easily collaborate with other CAB members.
- Follow the Siebel CRM topic on Cloud Customer Connect. First you need to register here and choose Siebel CRM as an area of interest. You will then be able to watch monthly webinars and access key content.
All customers with valid support agreements are welcome to join the Siebel CRM CAB. As customers enroll they need to sign a simple Customer Participation Confidentiality Agreement (CPCA) agreement. The CPCA defines confidentiality and feedback, granting Oracle the ability to use the feedback that we receive during these activities in our future product development.
