Siebel CRM continues to thrive as the most complete on-premise
CRM application on the market. This year at OpenWorld, the product team will
announce updates to the Siebel CRM product innovation roadmap and successful
customers will share their market strategy insights with Siebel CRM playing a
pivotal role in their business strategy.

This year the Siebel CRM track will feature disruptive
innovations, with sessions covering Siebel CRM in the Cloud, Business Agility,
and new future plans for Siebel CRM integration with the 'Internet of Things'
(IoT) as a platform. Demo stations are available to see the latest product
release and discuss with our product experts.

Moscone West

This year all the
Siebel CRM primary sessions will be in Moscone West rooms 2005 and 2008. You
can find the Siebel CRM rooms, in Moscone West on the second floor.
