Details of the latest Siebel CRM Update release under the Continuous Delivery Model, the Siebel CRM 19.7 Update. This Update was GA on 17th July, 2019.

The features and certifications included in this release are as follows:

Multi Tab support for Siebel Open UI

This feature provides the ability to launch multiple Siebel CRM application instances (e.g. Call Center) in individual browser tabs. This can also be deployed with Siebel CRM portlets (as standalone applets or views) in a portal. This is particularly useful on self-service portals or for Call Center agents, to improve productivity.

Server Migration Application Logging Enhancement

The migration log messaging is enhanced to provide a log file for Sync REST API's.

Clinical Trials Trip Report Smartscript enhancement

A field has been added to collect comments for each Trip Report question, this provides more context for the trip report.
