OnTheMove Software has 8 people involved in Siebel related activities, including Senior Managers with 17+ years of Siebel experience. Presently, they are actively involved in 11 Siebel CRM projects located across Europe and US.

What are your key Siebel CRM related offerings and services that are available?

Our product, OnTheMove:

  • allows modern, efficient UIs for Siebel to be developed very quickly with easy ongoing support
  • deploys on to desktops, laptops, tablets and phones
  • works disconnected for mobile users 
  • allows the creation of one process across Siebel and other systems.

Multiple, Fortune 200 Siebel customers are very successful with OnTheMove across a range of use cases including Field Service, Sales & Clinical Research. We also perform Siebel upgrades, re-implementations and complex integration projects.

What are your key Cloud (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS) offerings and services that relate to Siebel CRM?

OnTheMove supports both On-Premise and Cloud Deployments of Siebel. Moreover, OnTheMove Application Services is available to be licensed to run on-premise, on customer selected IaaS or via a SaaS model.

What other products or innovations have you created that complement Siebel CRM?

OnTheMove offers a highly flexible platform that simplifies and accelerates the development of intuitive, process oriented, easy-to-use user interfaces, available to desktop and to mobile users, online and offline. OnTheMove reduces development time as most of the low-level programming has been taken care of, making it possible to provide a modern, highly responsive user interface without the need to write & maintain complex javascript.

What recent Siebel CRM customer success stories do you have to share?

OnTheMove has been a big success with customers choosing to adopt the technology. Users across multiple industries and multiple job functions are delighted with the ease of use, conformity to their way of working, ease of deployment, minimal training requirements and general stability of their OnTheMove applications.

Britvic Soft Drinks in Ireland have increased sales visits by 25% since adopting OnTheMove, improving sales volumes and speeding up the ordering process. The users love the application, saying it makes them look more professional when in stores. See the case study here.

OnTheMove also supports 4000 field service engineers across 21 operating countries in the fast-moving repair and maintenance operation of a major, global supplier of office printing solutions. OnTheMove was so simple that end user training became redundant very early in the rollout. Sync times compared to Siebel Handheld were reduced from 15 minutes to under 90 seconds; data quality was greatly improved and since the original deployment, OnTheMove has brought together processes from multiple non-Siebel systems into the one application.
