New Order Fulfillment Survey Report

As a consumer it has never been easier to go shopping.  You can always go to the store or shop on-line, or shop online and pick up at the store.  You can get instant information about product availability, shipment costs, shipping updates, arrival dates on your computer, phone or tablet. This can be done anytime and anywhere across the globe.  More than likely you will be loyal to any brand that offers shopping options, flexibility and good prices.

What you may not realize is that it is becoming more and more difficult for companies across industries to offer these options not only for consumers, but between businesses as well.  The explosion of order and delivery channels, the complexity of global supply chains and the rising expectations of customers are forcing the need to build seamless order management process across many different systems around
the world.

A new report which surveyed 589 top supply chain executives in manufacturing, high-tech and retail businesses around the globe gives a good sense of how well companies in these key sectors are meeting the order management challenge and where they need to improve their game.

So if want to know about what the people that make your shopping easier are worried about you can access the Challenges and Opportunities in High-Tech, Manufacturing and Retail - From Customer Orders Through Fulfillment report below.
