Oracle customers and Oracle SCM applications are well-represented among the 2014 Manufacturing Leadership Award winners. The Manufacturing Leadership Awards, now in their 10th year, honor manufacturing companies and individual manufacturing leaders that are shaping the future of global manufacturing. Nominations are entered into specific categories and evaluated by a panel of expert judges. Nine of the ML Awards categories are for outstanding projects undertaken and completed by a manufacturing company. Two of the categories recognize the achievements of individual manufacturing executives. For descriptions of all ML Awards categories, click here.
Within the Supply Chain Leadership category, winners will have rethought and reengineered how and from where they source, materials, manage suppliers, and produce, and deliver products to customers all with the discipline of efficiently managing the overall value chain.
