Spring Support in NetBeans

Dirk Rost is working on Spring support for NetBeans. As you may know, there is another plug-in which provides Spring support in NetBeans, Dirk works on visual tools for Spring (I checked and indeed authors of both plug-ins talk together). Here is a screenshot:

The current version is a pre alpha, but it is on its way. It's based on the NB VisualLibrary 2.0 and supports XML Context Navigation and Visualization of the DI web with some palette functions. If you want to contribute to this project, contact Dirk at Dirk dot Rost at appshare.de.
Comments:

Does this mean that Netbeans will autodetect XML namespaces and show their documentation, like Eclipse, on any random valid XML/XSD combination? Last time I tried it, I couldn't get Netbeans to load external XSD:s, but perhaps I'm just stupid?

I'm not really experienced with XSDs, I suggest to ask at the mailing list (or maybe someone else from NB community will answer here...).

I have been working on getting the XSD code completion to work in the spring support module and hope to get a release out soon. Also if there are any developers looking to help out on the project, let me know. Thanks, Craig
