Good News On Wednesday

Greetings from Madrid! I was just browsing NetBeans wiki and noticed that there is an effort to make the Matisse GUI builder classes refactorable (so features like rename will work properly). I think it's something really needed and I hope it can be done for 6.0!
Comments:

Hello Roumen... In matisse on NetBeans 5.0 if you change a variable name of a component (example a LABEL) , the property Name of this component is not set... ex: is possible on change a Variable name the Massite set same name in "Name" property of component ? ex: JLabel lblName; lblName.setName("lblName"); Delphi change name of component on "change name of variable"

Hi Roumen! In these months of hard swing work Matisse has been saving my life... it' really great! I also think that feature would be great! I noted that there are also some problems with the internationalization of the form wizard. If If I try to internazionalize the form (providing my custom code to retrieve the correct String definition) everything works fine, but when I edit the form again with Matisse (for example If I change a label) my previous internat. is overwritten! Cheers Davide

Davide, which version are you using? In 5.5 or 5.5.1 internationalization works well but I had some issues with it in 6.0.
