Your SIG Needs You

Your SIG Needs You

The United Kingdom Oracle User Group (UKOUG) Application Server Special Interest Group (SIG) is running a survey to ask you want you want from the SIG.  If you are a member of the UKOUG, or are thinking of joining then go and make your views known at their survey site.
If you don't fill in the survey then you can't bitch about how the SIG doesn't fulfill your needs.  So don't lose your bitching rights, go and fill in the survey.

This was a party political broadcast on behalf of the App Server SIG party.

Comments:

Shorter and a clearer message than most party politicals though ;-)

Hear, hear! The App Server SIG has been running for several years now, but of late has been a little thin. It's a bit 'chicken and egg': if there aren't the right speakers people don't attend, but if the events don't get good attendance the speakers don't really want to present! Of course one problem with App Server/FMW is the breadth of products so by understanding what people want to hear about we stand a better chance of putting together some events with really strong and relevant content. There plenty of AS administrators out there these days - let us know what you want! Simon
