Oracle is recognized as an industry leader on the 2020 RIS Software LeaderBoard, outranking the majority of top solution providers for consistently meeting retailer expectations. According to RISNews, the Software LeaderBoard report ranks the best of the best in retail technology and is based solely on customer input. Oracle received a near-perfect retail concentration score of 45.
According to RIS, software providers are ranked by retailers across a number of metrics, all designed to uncover which vendors have the greatest customer satisfaction.
Providers are examined in more than 50 head-to-head categories such as overall performance, ROI, innovation, reliability, support and more.
This is the 19th annual report and includes 330 retailer submissions and 610 evaluations of retail software vendors. A total of 49 vendors received a minimum number of votes to qualify for ranking in the report.
