Oracle Retail Xstore Office Cloud Service Release 19.1

Oracle Retail Xstore Office Cloud Service is a central web-based application used to administer corporate-based functions such as Oracle Retail Xstore Point-of-Service configuration setup and maintenance, file management for the Oracle Retail Xstore Suite, viewing the electronic journal, viewing store reports, monitoring Oracle Retail Xstore Point-of-Service versions in use at the store and register levels, and monitoring alerts. The Cloud Service is hosted in the Oracle Cloud.

Release 19.1 of Oracle Retail Xstore Office Cloud Service included enhancements for Job Management, Organization Management, and integration with Omnichannel Data Service (OCDS). For more information on all the enhancements in Release 19.1, see the Release Notes.

Documentation highlights for Release 19.1 included the following:

Administration Guide

  • Setup chapter updated for adding Organization IDs and installing the RTLog Generator.

User Guide

  • System Management chapter updated for integration management, Organization management, and Job management.
  • Roles, Users, and Security Access chapter updated with additional privileges.
  • Deployment Management chapter updated for viewing deployments.

Xstore Suite 19.0/Merchandising Suite 19.0 Implementation Guide

  • OCDS Integration Configuration chapter updated for OCDS settings.
  • RTLog Generator Cloud chapter updated for retrieving published RTLog files.
  • Xstore to Sales Audit Mapping Detail appendix updated for additional mappings.
